1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Lyrium website (lyriumcore.com), services, or purchasing LYR tokens ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Lyrium is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency project based on the CryptoNote protocol. The Services include:

• Information about the Lyrium project
• Access to LYR token presale
• Future access to mining software and tools (when available)
• Community participation platforms

3 ELIGIBILITY

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction (see Section 15)
• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4 LYR TOKEN PRESALE TERMS

4.1 Nature of Tokens

LYR tokens are utility tokens designed to operate within the Lyrium network. They are NOT:

• Securities or investment instruments
• Representations of ownership in any company
• Entitled to dividends, profit sharing, or voting rights

4.2 Purchase Process

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Prices are as stated on the website at time of purchase
• Bonuses are applied automatically based on purchase amount
• Tokens will be distributed according to the timeline specified

5 MINING SERVICES (FUTURE)

5.1 Mining software and services will be made available according to the project roadmap.

5.2 Exclusive mining access for Tier 1 participants will commence as scheduled.

5.3 Mining rewards are subject to network difficulty and participation levels.

5.4 No guarantee is made regarding mining profitability or rewards.

6 PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Use the Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempt to manipulate or attack the Lyrium network
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with other users' access to Services
• Reverse engineer any aspect of the Services
• Use automated systems to interact with Services without permission

7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lyrium or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Lyrium codebase will be released as open-source according to the roadmap timeline.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
